Custom Dictionary is not available

Microsoft recommend the following
- Open Outlook and select File and choose Options.
- Select Mail in the left pane of the window.
- Choose Spelling and Auto correct button.
- Select Proofing and Custom Dictionaries.
- Set CUSTOM.DC as the default.
- Make sure that Dictionary Language and System Default Language are the same and are set to your preferred language.
